Step is scientifically proven to strengthen the knee joint, firm the muscles of the hips, thighs and buttocks, improve bone density and lower cholesterol. Step is a low impact, cardiovascular workout that utilises the largest muscles in the body, making it a great calorie burner. The class is comprised of a short warm up and stretch, followed by a 30 minutes of choreography performed on the step. The class ends with a cool down and stretches. To take part in this LIVE class, you will need a step. It's really important that you have proper purpose built equipment. Do not attempt to fashion a step yourself using some sort of material or household equipment. Each class is approximately 50 - 60 minutes
To cancel a LIVE face-to-face class, please contact us at least 24 hours before. No refund will be given to no-shows or people who fail to cancel within the allotted time.
