Cancellation Policy

To cancel a LIVE face-to-face class, please contact us at least 24 hours before. No refund will be given to no-shows or people who fail to cancel within the allotted time. This allows us to open up your space to another participant. To reschedule a class, go to 'My Bookings' in your Mr.J's Online account and reschedule. To cancel a booked online class, try to contact us at least 12 hours before.
