Mr.J's Online provides members with quality online fitness classes. The exclusive content is for members only and a valid subscription is required to maintain access. Subscription payments will need to be made and funds cleared in order to maintain access to the exclusive online material. Whilst we hope you'll love the online fitness sessions, you may end your subscription at any time. In the event of cancellation, access to online content will end on the next renewal date.

By signing up and partaking in exercise, you agree to the following:
It is important that you are in good health and are ok to exercise. You are responsible for ensuring you have a safe, clear workout area. You should remove trip hazards and move furniture if necessary. Only use proper workout equipment. Ensure there is adequate ventilation and make sure you are properly hydrated. Not all exercise is suitable for all people. The information and video workouts contained in this website are by no means a substitute for medical counselling. If you have any injuries, joint problems, an underlying medical condition, are pregnant or returning to exercise after a long break, you should consult with your GP before participating in any of the exercise programmes. STOP if at any point you experience faintness, dizziness or shortness of breath and seek medical advice. By performing exercises unsupervised, you are performing them at your own risk. Always use common sense. By partaking you agree that Mr.J's Fun Workouts, Mr.J's Online and the creators of the videos contained in the website will not be responsible or liable for any injury sustained as a result of the exercise programmes.
